Founded by Dr Özlem Ayaz (Brunel University London), the lab focuses on transforming organisational data into deeper insights about how leadership, employee behaviour and digital transformation shape contemporary workplaces.
Through collaborations between academia and industry, Organisational Insight Lab aims to generate knowledge that contributes both to academic research and practical organisational understanding.
